It should be noted that we do not issue any refund on orders seized or destroyed by Customs, unless the order to returned back to the warehouse in an undamaged and resalable condition. Also, if any refunds are issued, they will only comprise of the cost of product, wherein the shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

Modes of Making International Payment

Options for International Shipping

At OTH Health, we make every possible effort to earn great shipping rates from our couriers to pass on the savings to our customers. You should note that shipping rates for international packages are primarily based on the size and weight of the orders placed. All you need to do is to fill up your cart with desired items and choose the country where the items are to be shipped. You can then click on the calculate tab to check your options. If you are unhappy with any of our products for any reason, you can return it back to us and claim a refund. Please note that refunds issued if any will only be for the merchandise and there would be no reimbursement for the shipping costs. Also, we do not store credits or offer replacements.

To initiate the returns process, you need to first contact us such that we can provide you with a return authorization code along with the address where you need to return the item.

  • It is essential for the item(s) to be postmarked within 30 days of when the order was first shipped.
  • We strongly advise that you use a courier service that is traceable.
  • Returns of opened, used or unsealed products will not be accepted.
  • If Customs damages or opens the item(s) during inspection or any type of delivery delay, you will be required to contact them immediately in order to initiate a damage or loss claim. We cannot speak with them on your behalf nor will we be able to provide you reimbursement of any form for damage or loss that may be caused by them.

Third Party Shipping

Using third party shipping companies or freight forwarders is one of the most convenient ways to receive your orders in a foreign country. However, please note that if you choose a service like this, OTH Health will not be able to issue any type of refund or accept any kind of return for any order managed by an outside courier company. Also, we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss, which may occur due to mishandling of your order by third party courier. In case you come across any sort of damage or loss while using this service, you are advised to contact the third party company for an appropriate solution.

Errors in Address

If you make an error while typing in your address to receive the order, note that we cannot change the delivery address, once you have submitted your order. Although, we directly work with our shippers, we make every possible effort to resolve such issues within a limited time frame, but in such an event we cannot be held responsible for fees, delays and other related issues in delivery, if you make an error in the shipping information of your order. Also, if such kind of an error causes an order to be lost, rejected or destroyed, we will not issue a refund of any manner neither will we provide a replacement for the same. However, in case the error in the address causes the order to return back to us, you will be responsible for return shipping fees, and then we may refund you the cost of the merchandise.

Violation of Laws

It is important that your first learn about the import restrictions of your country before you place an order with us. We will not take the responsibility for any type of fees, delays, penalties or fines incurred by your order mainly due to violations of your country laws. Also, note that all products sold at are intended only for personal use.

Customer Refusal

If for any reason, you refuse the order, we will offer you a refund only if your order is returned back to us in an undamaged and resalable condition. Here, we will provide the reimbursements only for the cost of the merchandise and no reimbursements would be provided for the shipping costs. It should also be noted that if the cost incurred in returning the rejected package to our warehouse exceed the total value of the order, we’ll instruct the courier to destroy the package. In such a condition, we will be unable to issue a refund of any kind.

Package Loss

It is very rare that an international order gets delayed or lost. However, it is important for you to stay cautious as such incidents can happen. If so, we can issue refunds for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Please note that we do not store credits or offer replacements. If in case the order you placed has been lost, you must make sure that you report it to us as order lost, within 30 days from the purchase date. Based on your courier selection, location and any history of similar incidents, we will work to help resolve this issue. You are requested to contact us via email and we’ll explain your options.
